Door een account aan te maken ga je akkoord met deze algemene voorwaarden. Lees ze aandachtig.
1. Wie mag Osso gebruiken
Je moet minstens 18 jaar zijn en correcte gegevens opgeven. Eén account per persoon.
2. Gedragscode
Wees respectvol. Discriminatie, intimidatie, spam of misleidende advertenties zijn verboden en leiden tot schorsing.
3. Advertenties & matches
Osso brengt zoekers en verhuurders samen maar is geen makelaar en geen partij bij de huurovereenkomst. We controleren advertenties niet vooraf. Controleer altijd zelf de woonplek, de verhuurder en het contract.
4. Betaal nooit vooraf
Betaal geen waarborg of huur voordat je de woonplek hebt bezocht en een contract hebt getekend. Vraagt iemand geld vooraf, meld het dan via de meldknop in de app.
5. Melden en schorsen
Je kan elke gebruiker of advertentie melden of blokkeren. We onderzoeken meldingen en kunnen accounts schorsen of verwijderen die deze voorwaarden schenden.
6. Aansprakelijkheid
Osso is niet aansprakelijk voor schade uit interacties tussen gebruikers of uit huurovereenkomsten die via de app tot stand komen. Je dwingende rechten als consument blijven onaangetast.
7. Beëindiging en toepasselijk recht
Je kan je account op elk moment verwijderen. Op deze voorwaarden is het Belgische recht van toepassing; geschillen horen thuis bij de bevoegde Belgische rechtbanken.
Deze tekst beschrijft correct hoe Osso vandaag werkt en met je gegevens omgaat, maar is niet door een jurist nagelezen.

1. Qui peut utiliser Osso
Tu dois avoir au moins 18 ans et fournir des informations exactes. Un seul compte par personne.
2. Code de conduite
Sois respectueux. La discrimination, le harcèlement, le spam ou les annonces trompeuses sont interdits et entraînent une suspension.
3. Annonces & matchs
Osso met en relation chercheurs et bailleurs mais n’est ni agent immobilier ni partie au bail. Nous ne vérifions pas les annonces au préalable. Vérifie toujours toi-même le logement, le bailleur et le contrat.
4. Ne paie jamais à l’avance
Ne verse ni garantie ni loyer avant d’avoir visité le logement et signé un contrat. Si quelqu’un réclame de l’argent à l’avance, signale-le via le bouton de signalement dans l’app.
5. Signalement et suspension
Tu peux signaler ou bloquer tout utilisateur ou toute annonce. Nous enquêtons sur les signalements et pouvons suspendre ou supprimer les comptes qui enfreignent ces conditions.
6. Responsabilité
Osso n’est pas responsable des dommages issus des interactions entre utilisateurs ni des baux conclus via l’app. Tes droits impératifs de consommateur restent intacts.
7. Résiliation et droit applicable
Tu peux supprimer ton compte à tout moment. Ces conditions sont régies par le droit belge ; les litiges relèvent des tribunaux belges compétents.

1. Who can use Osso
You must be at least 18 and provide accurate details. One account per person.
2. Code of conduct
Be respectful. Discrimination, harassment, spam or misleading listings are forbidden and lead to suspension.
3. Listings & matches
Osso brings seekers and landlords together but is not an estate agent and not a party to the rental agreement. We do not vet listings in advance. Always check the place, the landlord and the contract yourself.
4. Never pay up front
Do not pay a deposit or rent before you have visited the place and signed a contract. If someone asks for money up front, report it with the report button in the app.
5. Reporting and suspension
You can report or block any user or listing. We investigate reports and may suspend or remove accounts that breach these terms.
6. Liability
Osso is not liable for damage arising from interactions between users or from rental agreements made through the app. Your mandatory consumer rights are unaffected.
7. Termination and governing law
You can delete your account at any time. These terms are governed by Belgian law; disputes belong before the competent Belgian courts.
